The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of May 17-21:
Monday - Ham and beans, cornbread, coleslaw, potatoes and onions, apple crisp;
Tuesday - Turkey and noodles, hot roll, broccoli, beets, peaches;
Wednesday - Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, lima beans, fried cabbage, bread, fruit juice;
Thursday - Chicken filet sandwich, pea salad, tator tots, peaches;
Friday - Vegetable beef soup, grilled cheese sandwich, peanut butter and celery sticks, mixed fruit.
