Isaac Bird reaches 1,000 point career mark

Gallatin Bulldogs’ Junior Isaac Bird reached the 1,000 career point mark last Tuesday in a game against Putnam County. Despite Bird’s impressive milestone and his contribution of 23 points, nine rebounds, six assists and three steals, the Bulldogs lost to the Midgets 68-65. Isaac averages 24.3 points a game and is the son of Cody and ­Joanna Bird of Gallatin. The Bulldogs next game is on January 4 at home against Trenton.
