The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of January 4-8.
Monday - Pork steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, biscuit, peach crisp;
Tuesday - Baked chicken with dressing, carrots, Brussels sprouts, sliced bread, stewed apples;
Wednesday - Tuna and noodles, cornbread, peas, lettuce salad, pineapple upside down cake;
Thursday - Hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, spinach, strawberries and bananas;
Friday -Ham loaf, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower w/cheese, spiced pears, sugar cookie.
