A team of 5 Winston FFA Members (L to R: Paige Lange, Amy Caldwell, Jacob Muessig, Eli Uthe, & Marissa Uthe) traveled to Sedalia, MO to the Missouri State Fairgrounds to assemble an Educational Display in the FFA Building. The display's theme is centralized around various opportunities members can compete in while in FFA organization in honor of the Summer Olympics. Adorned with sunflowers, blue & yellow tulle, and lights, the display is very attractive and catches the eye of fair-goers.
It was a lot of fun working together to build the display, but even more exciting that we are sharing opportunities in Agricultural Education & Missouri FFA! This was our first time doing an Educational Display at the Missouri State Fair, but certainly won't be our last.
Katie Martin, Agricultural Education/FFA instructor at Winston R-VI School District said “This is my 10th year being the Winston FFA Advisor. I look forward to this school year and watching our chapter and its members continue to grow in their leadership experience.”
