Gallatin R-V administration, staff and students athletes recognized Larry Barnes for his 25 years of service as part of the Chain gang. “Larry will be 82 years young next month and is still going strong supporting the Gallatin Bulldogs. They said ‘Don't count him out just yet, he will still be around with the Tootsie Rolls in hand.’ (He has always had Tootsie Rolls that he would pass out to kids, cheerleaders and who ever he walks by.)” (submitted photo)
