The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of August 8th - 12th.
Monday - Meatloaf, baked sweet potatoes, tomatoes, hot roll, fruit juice;
Tuesday - Hot tenderloin sandwich w/mashed potatoes, winter mix, grapes;
Wednesday - Chef salad w/shrimp, tomato juice, corn bread muffin, strawberries & bananas;
Thursday - BBQ chicken, potato salad, spinach, biscuit, baked apples;
Friday - Penne pasta w/meat sauce, garlic bread, carrots, lettuce salad, pears.

August 15-18 - Center closing at 1 p.m.
August 25 - Bless Our Hearts project
August 31 - BTC Bank presentation on Elder Financial Abuse 11:30 a.m.

Bless Our Hearts project Thursday, August 25th to promoting cardiovascular health and providing Stroke Detection Screenings by Health Gauge Stoke Detection Plus.
